The GREAT Tomato Plant Giveaway

​I am a determined woman on a mission.
I want to encourage EVERYONE to try their hand at growing their OWN tomatoes.
To that end, I will grow and give away - FOR FREE -
Organically grown heirloom and non-GMO hybrid tomato plants and other Garden Goodies.  
Worm Poop and Worm Poop Juice will be available as always.

The FOURTEENTH Annual GREAT Tomato Plant Giveaway will take place on
Wednesday, May 15, 2024 from 3:00-6:00 pm
The address will be on your invitation. Be sure you're signed up. Do not ask me for it.

We will be taking reservations again for tomato plants this year.

As you may or may not know, my health has not been good, lately. I have spent entirely too much time in Einstein Memorial Hospital ER, but the good news is that I’m not in there, anymore. So I can proceed putting together the GIVEAWAY. Some things have been planted, already, such as Scallions, leeks and chives. The tomato planting will commence within the next day or two. What I need to know is how much to plant. I determine that by figuring out how many fosterers will take in trays. I am not a nursery and I do not have access to a greenhouse… that is why I am asking for your help. I rely on the kindness of others in order to successfully pull off this endeavor. We’re also doing peppers, eggplants, and other herbs.

If you didn’t know, I am blind… I cannot see… I can no longer read… therefore my husband Ken manages my email. He is a CPA and it is tax season… he cannot do this throughout the day, but he will try to check it once a day. If you can help, contact Ken@tomatogal.com .

Last year we were thinking of renaming the giveaway the Sherry and Joe T Giveaway. And why? Because they stepped in and basically took over responsibility and really came through. Without their expert help there would not have been a 2023 Tomato Giveaway. Everyone who benefited owe them a huge debt of gratitude. Thanks again, Joe and Sherry from the bottom of our hearts!
